Our Classes
Yoga comes in many flavors, styles, and types. For every person, and for
every stage in a person's life, there is a yoga style that will work best.
At Yoga Yoga, we offer three major yoga styles, as well as many other different
kinds of classes.
So what's the right one for you? Try them all over time. You may find
that on different days, different styles and teachers work best for you.
