Bookkeeper/Staff Accountant
We are looking for a bookkeeper to be responsible for the accounting functions at Yoga Yoga and related companies. This includes the processing of payables, receivables, monthly closings and the maintenance of Quick Books software. Tasks include:  deposits, process invoices as needed, process month-end close, reconciliations, adjustments and journal entries. Must be “computer savvy” and have an in-depth working knowledge of Quick Books and Excel. Ability to quickly learn and use other software packages highly desirable. Accounting experience required and familiarity with Mind Body Online software is also helpful. Yoga Sales & Service Staff
The ideal candidate is well versed in the styles of yoga that we offer, has a long-term yoga practice and loves to share the benefits of yoga with others. Prior customer service, retail or sales experience a must as is the ability to work evenings and weekends. We are looking for a friendly, outgoing, team player who also possesses strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Duties include sales, managing busy class sign-in periods, answering the phone, center upkeep (including making Yogi Tea by the gallon!), data entry and record keeping, organizing the retail area and classrooms and all cash handling duties. Must love to work with others and thrive on student interaction. It is highly recommended that you have attended class with us and are knowledgeable about yoga and the particular styles we offer.  Click here to download the application. Yoga Yoga is looking for enthusiastic, reliable yoginis and yogis to join our yogic family. We have a variety of tasks we offer to our Work/Trade members.

This gives you an opportunity to earn some credit for yoga classes or workshops, drink tea, and be a part of our extended yoga family. It gives us a pool of fabulously talented folks to turn to when we need a little extra help. If you have time that you would like to trade for Yoga Credit at Yoga Yoga, then you are in the right place!

How does Work/Trade work?

• Join the Yoga Yoga Work Trade Email Group. Click here to join! (Note: you must first have a yahoo account or create one for free.)
• Check your email regularly for work-trade opportunities as they arise. We’ll email you the details and if you want to take advantage of the opportunity, just follow the instructions to sign up.
• When you have completed the task, let your work trade coordinator know so your credit can be noted.
• Trade credit is typically $15/hour in yoga credit you can use your credit towards any class pass or workshop purchase. Your credit never expires!
• When you want to use your credit, let the front desk staff know that you have work trade credit available. You can also use cash to cover any difference.

Skilled Tradesfolk Work/Trade Opportunity

We are currently in need of plumbers, carpenters, electricians and painters available for projects at all five of our studios in Austin.
