YogaSolve™: Stress Management Programs

Managing Stress: The Basics Seminar
This 3-hour seminar will teach you about the effects of stress on your body and mind, and how you can develop habits and practices to reduce and withstand stress. Learn specific techniques that you can apply daily, and understand the importance of managing stress so that it does not negatively affect your health. No prior yoga experience needed.

Cost: $79
Includes workshop, Pre-, Post- and Follow Up evaluations, and 1 month follow up program.

No prior yoga experience needed.

Executive Stress Management Program
This program is delivered one-to-one, and customized to meet your personal schedule, health concerns and current habits. Our emphasis is on applying a much broader range of yogic techniques than you will learn in a class setting, and integrating those techniques with more traditional medical knowledge as appropriate to your personal circumstances. No prior yoga experience needed.

This program is delivered in 3 month segments.
