Meet
April. April is a Communications consultant for the Texas Association
of School Boards. She has been taking yoga classes at work with Yoga Yoga
since 2007.

Yoga: What do you like about having yoga at work?
April:
Yoga at work is convenient. You might be too lazy to drive from your home
to a yoga studio, but it's not at all hard to convince yourself to leave
your desk for an hour.
Yoga Yoga: What benefits do you receive by doing yoga?
April: I work out six days a week and tend to skip the stretching
(awful, I know). At first, the biggest benefit was getting in a good hour
of stretching. Now that I've been at it for awhile, I've noticed that
I am more relaxed over all, and I pay more attention to my breathing.

Yoga: What are your other hobbies, interests?
April:
Writing, photography, cooking/baking, and doing anything outdoorsy.

Yoga: Favorite book, CD, or vacation spot?
April:
My favorite place I've travelled is Italy, followed closely by the Yucatán
Peninsula.
