The
holidays can be a very stressful time of year. Unmanaged stress
can lead to physical discomfort such as muscle soreness and tension
headaches. So, take a deep breath and relax! When you start feeling
the muscles tighten in the neck and shoulders, try this stress
buster break.

Chair
Twists
Sit on the edge
of your chair, sideways with your left side facing the chair
back.
Throughout
the pose, keep your feet and knees together and even.
Place your
hands on the chair as shown.
Inhale while
straightening your spine. As you exhale, twist toward the
back of the chair, twisting from the very bottom of your
spine -- pushing gently with your left hand and pulling
lightly with your right hand.
Release and
switch sides.
To
deepen the twist, try moving to the center of the chair
