I would like to thank Yoga Yoga for an incredible training in yoga therapy. The format of weekend classes was perfect for me as I live two hours away, and was able to adjust my schedule so I could attend those weekend trainings. The teachers were fantastic, and I am grateful to all of them, and Yoga Yoga, for giving me the tools to empower others to heal themselves.
