Low Back Program

Personalized Self-Care Program for Chronic Low Back Pain

Low back pain is among the most common complaints of pain, according to a new report released by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. In recent years, an increasing number of scientific research studies have shown that yoga can be an effective treatment for low back pain.
