Yoga at GoodHealth Commons
Yoga
Yoga is now offering ongoing classes at GoodHealth Commons at Seton Medical
Center Williamson in Round Rock.
Class
Schedule
Classes are offered in 8 class series (2x/week for 4 weeks) and begin
the first week of each month. Students are encouraged to sign up for the
8 session series to receive the most benefit; however, students are also
welcome to purchase single classes or use their current Yoga Yoga class
passes to drop into any class.

Hatha
Yoga Fundamentals
The Hatha Yoga Fundamentals series is the best way to begin a yoga
practice and is great for those who could use a refresher course.
It is suitable for prenatal and postnatal students. This series
meets Tuesday and Thursday at 10am for 4 consecutive weeks.

Hatha
Yoga (all levels)
The Hatha Yoga (all levels) series is suitable for all levels of
practitioner. This series meets Monday and Wednesday at 6pm
for 4 consecutive weeks.

Flow
The Hatha Flow series is suitable for students who have practiced
Hatha Yoga for at least three months, are familiar with sun salutations
and seek a stronger physical workout in their yoga practice. This
series meets Tuesday and Thursday at 6pm for 4 consecutive
weeks.
