Yoga Yoga's 360 Wellness Center provides a sanctuary, a place of healing and therapy. Spa services complement and revolve around the practice of yoga, ayurveda and healthy lifestyle. Seasonal Special - Very Vata Balancing Treatment This highly moisturizing treatment begins with body brushing to slough off dead skins cells and calm the central nervous system. With hot stones placed on your body, you will then receive a soothing full body massage with herbal infused aromatherapy oil; moisturizing and warming, this very effective oil is also very centering and grounding. The treatment also includes a warm oil scalp massage to nourish the scalp and hair, and ends with the kansa foot bowls to balance all three doshas. At the end, you get to keep your body brush! Prana Nada Therapy: Energy Massage with Healing Sound
Enjoy a meditative massage experience to balance the chakras. Utilizing sound therapy (Nada Yoga) we will enhance the vital flow of healing life energy (prana) to rejuvenate your body, mind and spirit. Your session begins with a full body massage and ends with profound energy work and the clarifying sound of Tibetan singing bowls to promote vibrational healing. This treatment is deeply meditative and relieves stress on a physical and emotional level. Combats mental exhaustion and promotes an overall sense of well-being.

Shila Abhyanga: Ayurvedic Hot Stone Massage Hot Stone Massage is an Ayurvedic therapy used to promote healing and longevity by releasing tension and connecting the flow of prana (vital energy) throughout the body. It stimulates the circulatory system, relaxes the mind, helps to release toxins and invokes a great night's sleep. Sessions involve the use of Ayurvedic herbal oils and the application of water-heated basalt stones of varying sizes to key points on the body, giving a deep massage and creating sensations of comfort and warmth. Don't take this gentle, soothing massage lightly- it is quite powerful and can bring deep tissue release and alignment on the physical, mental and emotional levels. 80 minutes: $125

Shirodhara Bliss
The traditional Ayurvedic treatment for quieting the mind and releasing emotional and physical stress, Shirodhara includes a full neck, shoulder and scalp massage followed by a continuous stream of warm organic oil poured over the forehead to stimulate the third eye. It calms the central nervous system and integrates the mind and body while connecting you to your awareness and intuition. This therapy has been traditionally used to help relieve stress, insomnia, headaches, sinus congestion, nervous tension, anxiety and depression. Highly recommended to enhance your meditation practice and improve mental clarity.

Thai Yoga Massage Thai Yoga massage has its roots in India and Ayurveda. An ancient way to stimulate prana (energy flow), this treatment is performed on a Thai massage mat and involves assisted stretches, individually guided yoga exercises and hands-on movement to facilitate releases and openings. Vedic Sea Wrap Body Treatment
Detoxify and replenish the entire body through your largest organ, the skin. Begin with an exfoliating dry brush massage to "wake up" the body's capacity to detoxify deep-seated impurities with our mineral rich seaweed mask. Allow the warmth of wool blankets to infuse precious life sustaining minerals into the skin while receiving a marma point treatment and scalp and neck massage. You will receive a 40 minute massage with dosha-specific oils after your wrap

Aromatherapy Prenatal Massage Enjoy a great massage with beautifully scented aromatherapy oil of rose. Rose soothes the heart and nourishes the skin. Special pillows and bolsters make this a safe and soothing massage for mothers-to-be. East Joins West Swedish Massage
Enjoy the benefits of having a traditional Swedish massage with our Ayurvedic twist. The rhythmic and intoxicating strokes break up "ama" (or toxins) improving blood and lymph circulation, eliminating muscle tension and fatigue, and fostering a greater immune response.

East Joins West Deep Tissue Massage
Work on target areas with this extremely therapeutic massage that utilizes moderate to deep pressure in specific target areas to address chronic or acute stiffness, soreness and pain. This massage can be full-body or more specifically targeted to your needs or extent of chronic pain.

Simply Shirodhara
One of the most famous Ayurvedic spa treatments, many compare the effects of Shirodhara to transcendence: the meditator's state of sheer bliss. A controlled flow of warm oil is poured over the forehead slowly and gently, wiping away stress and invoking a deep sense of well-being. This powerful treatment allows you to completely unwind and can be enjoyed alone or added to any of our other treatments for divine revelation.

Kativasthi Ayurvedic Low Back Treatment
This traditional Ayurvedic treatment provides relief to those experiencing low back pain.
