200 Hour Hatha & Flow Yoga Teacher Training

Our Program

Yoga Yoga Teacher Training is a comprehensive program that will give you the tools you need to safely and effectively teach and practice. We emphasize creative sequencing, functional alignment and a student-centered approach. Our programs will help you find your own unique voice as a teacher. When you practice yoga with us, you are in the presence of a trained and caring professional. When you train with us, you will join many others on this honored path that is both ancient and modern.

Our Faculty

A Lead Teacher facilitates the Hatha & Flow Yoga track from enrollment to graduation. The Lead Teacher is supported by the combined experience and tenure of our renowned faculty. Yoga Yoga Teacher Training Faculty come from a wide range of yoga teaching backgrounds as well as physical therapy, Ayurveda, kinesiology, psychology, literature and language, and education. The Yoga Yoga Teacher Training faculty has decades of combined experience and love teaching with each other.

We Make it Easy

Yoga Yoga offers three different programs to ensure that even those with the busiest schedules are able to earn their Yoga Alliance 200 Hour Hatha Certification (RYT-200). We offer Thursday evening courses, a July intensive and a weekend program. You decide which program best fits your schedule.

As a student of Yoga Yoga’s Hatha & Flow Teacher Training program, you benefit from being a member of a community of dedicated yoga practitioners and teachers who have a passion for Hatha yoga. Becoming a Teacher

Upon completion of this 200-hour teacher training course you will have fulfilled the national requirements to become a 200 Hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT), The Yoga Alliance standard for teaching yoga in the United States and other selected countries.
